The room was spotless and silent with great facilities. There were a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous, walk from a train station, greatly enjoyed this place.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Kanazawa. The hotel was good standard and beautiful and I liked the streets of Kanazawa. The staff were excellent and made me feel welcome. The venue has favourable and unbeatable location just off Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuin Gardens and JR blue buses or loop buses and restaurants, close to the castle and park. It also was to attractions nearby.

Comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom and television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room.

Very very helpful and amazingly attentive staff and modern accommodation. A wide range of fab food for meals. The location perfect and comfortable close to main attraction. And so close to Kanazawa Castle, Kenroken, Omicho market, Korinbo shopping area, Omicho market, Kanazawa castle, gardens and the center of the city and the market. Perfect 10/10 overall experience...

i loved being in this place. my room was great-sized and brand-new thanks to the affable staff. the food was great - plenty of options. the location was good and perfect, close to a historic shinto shrine. moreover, it's adjacent to the markets, castle and gardens, jr blue buses, and omicho market and korinbo shopping, drinks and dinner.

One aspect that could be improved is the lingering smell of smoke in some of the non-smoking rooms. Although this may not bother everyone, it can be noticeable for those who are sensitive to the scent.

Fairly clean hotel with welcoming staff. Quiet and brilliant room with clean bathroom and down pillows. Exceptionally comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Kanazawa. Fantastic stay, as always.

Location: the hotel was not far from Omicho Market and Korinbo shopping, drinks and dinner. Also, a historic Shinto shrine was easy to reach. I loved the room with great facilities, the bed was extremely comfy.

I stayed in an a nice size room with a safe, a cable TV with on-demand movies and television. A bath in the bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in the best possible and comfy location, in a good area...

The rooms at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa are amazing! They have everything you need, from a wardrobe to a kettle. You even get a fridge and microwave to make your own meals. It's like having a mini apartment! I loved that the room had a kitchenette with utensils and cutlery. It made it so convenient to cook simple meals whenever I wanted. The air-conditioned rooms were a lifesaver, especially during the hot weather. It was so refreshing to come back to a cool and comfortable room. Having free WiFi in the room was a big plus for me. I could easily stay connected and share my travel experiences with friends and family. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and well-maintained. It had everything I needed, including free toiletries.

Personally, I found the deep soaking bathtubs a bit uncomfortable. But I understand that some people might enjoy them.

The room was brand-new and fashionable with a microwave, a fridge and a writing table.

Nice building and rooms with great facilities. Magnificent and incredible location in Kanazawa near gardens and the main sights of Kanazawa and Kanazawa, close to Korinbo, Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen, Kanazawa Station. Also, next to a beautiful shrine.

Fantastic experience there. Fairly clean hotel, welcoming staff & marvellous location also on a JR bus line. Location just off Kanazawa Castle, Omura House and Kenrokuen Garden, and Kanazawa Station. The a double room was brilliant with great facilities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
